Warren County man accused of stealing $15,000 meant for VFW construction

A Warren County man is facing larceny charges.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office says Kenneth Vassar, 58, of Glens Falls stole more than $15,000 meant for construction projects at the VFW building in Queensbury.
Vassar was arraigned and sent to the Warren County Jail without bail, due to having multiple prior felony convictions.
