The Warren County Sheriff's Office is looking for a driver that hit a patrol officer.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a gray SUV that struck a patrol officer’s arm on Sunday night in the town of Queensbury.

Sheriff’s officers were assisting New York State Police with a motor vehicle crash investigation on Blind Rock Road. While investigating damage to neighboring signs and mailboxes on Blind Rock Road near the intersection with Country Club Road, a patrol officer was struck by a motorist traveling west on Blind Rock Road, police said.

The deputy was treated and released the night of the incident, police said.

Anyone that was in the area of Blind Rock Road or Country Club Road on Sunday at about 7:30 p.m. is asked to contact the Warren County Sheriff’s Office tip line at 518-761-9800. The circumstances surrounding the motor vehicle crash are under investigation.
