Washington County man charged in years-long child sex abuse
A Hartford, Washington County man is in jail after deputies say he sexually abused a child for years.
A Washington County man is accused of raping a child over several years.
Paul E. Wooddell, 45, of Hartford, allegedly had sexual contact with a child younger than 13 years old, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
Wooddell was charged with predatory sexual assault of a child and criminal sex act.
He was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment Court and held without bail. Wooddell will return to Washington County Court at a later date.
