Watervliet man accused of trying to meet 12-year-old for sex

A man from Watervliet has been arrested for allegedly trying to meet with a minor for sex.
Abhay Shukla, 44, made arrangements to meet who he believed was a 12-year-old child in Colonie for sexual exploitation, State Police said.
Shukla was arrested, arraigned in Colonie Town Court and remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility.
