A Watervliet man was scheduled to be sentenced Thursday afternoon in connection with an Albany homicide. However, the sentencing was postponed so the judge can “review transcripts and a part of the pre-sentence investigation,” the D.A.’s office said.
Sean Pacheco, 40, pleaded guilty in December in the shooting death of John Welcome. The shooting happened in November 2021 on Central Avenue.
No new sentencing date has been set yet.
