Watervliet man sentenced in 2021 Albany homicide

A Watervliet man has been sentenced to 25 years to life in state prison, in connection with a homicide.

Sean Pacheco, 40, pleaded guilty in December, in the shooting death of John Welcome.

The November 2021 shooting happened on Central Avenue in Albany.
