Congratulations to two members of the Watervliet Police Department.
Officer Philip Milano has been promoted to sergeant.
He began his career in 2011 with the Albany County Sheriff’s Office and joined Watervliet Police one year ago.
Officer Vincent Nischo has joined the Watervliet Police after nine years with the Albany County Sheriff’s office.
