Watervliet police have arrested a man they’re calling a career fraudster.

Justin Walker is facing several charges, including identity theft, forgery, and grand larceny.

Police say he was caught last week using someone else’s credit card at a local restaurant.

They say during their investigation, they found Walker had 33 gift cards, 22 visa gift cards, and several checkbooks that were all fraudulent. They also found $2,000 in cash and two skimmer devices.

Police say Walker’s criminal history dates back to 2011, with several arrests and convictions of robbery, grand larceny, DWI, and forgery. He also served three years in prison for identity theft and forgery. His parole ended in July.
