Weekend Albany shooting remains under investigation

There are no arrests in a weekend Albany shooting.
A 46-year-old man was shot in the leg on the 400 block of First Street around 9:40 a.m. Saturday, between Quail Street and North Lake Avenue, police said.
It appears the victim and two other men were having an argument when one of the men pulled out a gun and shot him, police said.
The victim is expected to survive.
