Whitehall man dies after being thrown off motorcycle

A Whitehall man is dead, after being thrown off his motorcycle in Fort Ann.
Everett Mattison III, 36, lost control of his motorcycle on Route 149, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said. He was thrown from the bike when he hit a guardrail.
Mattison got emergency care, but died from his injuries at the scene, deputies said.
