Wilton man accused of shooting child with BB gun

A Saratoga County man is accused of shooting a child with a BB gun. Luckily, the child was not hurt.
It happened on Feb. 12, police said.
Nicholas Benson, 38, is now charged with criminal contempt and child endangerment.
State police say this happened while an order of protection was in place against Benson for a child under 10 years old.
