Wilton man pleads guilty in drunk crash that threw children from truck

A man pleaded guilty in Saratoga County on Tuesday to vehicular assault.
Matthew Murry Jr., 40, was driving in a car with two kids, and was drunk, investigators said.

Both children, ages 10 and 7, were thrown from the truck when Murry Jr. crashed in August.

The 10-year-old broke his arm and clavicle, said investigators, and the 7-year-old was also hurt.
Murray will be sentenced in December.
