Delmar will soon have a new place for you to turn your leftovers into healthy soil for plants.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony for a new food scrap composting site is Wednesday at 11 a.m.

The new spot is located at the St. Thomas the Apostle Church parking lot. It will be open to residents who sign up for the program.
