Hearts of Troy exhibit opens Monday
One artist is working to showcase the unnoticed parts of Troy.

Artist Ken Rutsky is hosting a show with more than a dozen oil and acrylic paintings at city hall.
The show will open next Monday.
All the paintings in the hearts of Troy collections are based on candid photos taken by the artist during his day job.
He wants to show the dignity, resilience and diversity of troy and the people who live within it.
