Historic Amsterdam League recognized

The Historic Amsterdam League is being recognized for their work at City Hall.

This past spring, a car backed into a prized miniature windmill behind the building. The windmill was damaged, along with the lawn and plantings that surround it. Members of the league spent weeks repairing the windmill and the surrounding area.

The mayor gathered the group of volunteers together at city hall to formally thank them on behalf of the city.
