The Ronald McDonald House in Albany had a big surprise for people staying there on Saturday. It was a U-Haul filled with presents – all wrapped up pretty bows and shiny wrapping paper.

Victoria Michaels and her 9-year-old son, Lucas, donated all the gifts because they know what’s it’s like to be there.

Lucas was born with half a heart.

Victoria, Lucas and a few of their little helpers opened the U-Haul and brought all the presents inside.

This is the third year in a row they’ve done this.
