National day recognizes women in law enforcement

Tuesday, September 12 marked is National Women in Law Enforcement Day.
The Troy Police Department said it proudly recognizes and celebrates the invaluable contributions of women in their ranks and across the law enforcement community.
The department went on to commend the dedication, professionalism, and courage exhibited by the women who serve and protect our community day in and day out.
