Rensselaer County honors late Brooklyn native who served in Vietnam

Rensselaer County honored Donald Yetman as part of a monthly deceased veterans ceremony.

Rensselaer County held its monthly honor a deceased veteran ceremony, earlier this week.

The county recognized the life and service of Donald Yetman.

Yetman was a Brooklyn native who joined the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era, serving six years from 1962 until 1968.

County Executive Steve McLaughlin presented a county commendation to Yetman’s family.
