Five retiring staff members at the F. Donald Myers Education Center in Saratoga Springs were celebrated for their great careers in the annual retiree walkout.

Staff lined the halls on the last day of school armed with signs, confetti, cow bells, bubbles and more.

The principal who organizes it every year, Dr. Shawn Hunziker, is retiring in August.

He was not planning to walk since his official last day isn’t until the end of the summer, but the staff convinced him to join in on the fun.
