Shenendehowa student’s artwork appears in NASA calendar
Shen student's artwork to be recognized by NASA
A Shenendehowa seventh-grade student came in third place in a NASA 2024 art competition.
The student received third place in the “Astronauts” category for the 10-12 age group.
The work, titled “In the Palm of Your Hand’ will appear in the 2024 Commercial Crew Program Children’s Artwork Calendar.
The Commercial Crew Program holds an annual artwork contest to help star-seeking kids get engaged with the excitement of space exploration.
All winners get a printed copy of the final calendar full of winning artwork and a NASA prize package.
