New York State Police troopers from the Capital Region are helping raise money for the Special Olympics.

State police in Troop G stopped by Applebee’s restaurants throughout the Capital Region for the New York State Special Olympics “Go For The Gold” event.

These events focus on raising awareness and support for local athletes, so they can continue their journey toward unity, acceptance, empowerment, dignity, pride and fun.
