Clifton Park Giveaway Weekend

The town of Clifton Park wants to make sure you are living by the three R’s: reduce, reuse and recycle – with a big emphasis on reuse. It’s going to be a Giveaway Weekend for all of Clifton Park starting May 19.
If you have any old items you don’t want or have no use for, put them out for others to take! You might even find something you want. Place the items on the curb or the end of your driveway, and see who stops by!

Young Capital Region artists showcased

Some very talented young artists in the Capital Region are going to be able to showcase their work! The Hyde Collection in Glens Falls is showing off the winners’ pieces for the 32nd annual High School Juried Show. The high school artists are from Warren County, Essex County and beyond! You can view the diverse styles and pieces including drawings, photography, sculptures and even jewelry until June 4.

Lemonade fundraiser

Thirsty for lemonade? The second annual lemonade fundraiser is taking place in Clifton Park on Friday, May 19! There will be an array of vendors and community members coming to support a worthy cause. The fundraiser is in partnership with Doug Neil Insurance and Community Care Pediatrics of Clifton Park. The goal is to raise funds to help children suffering from severe, life-threatening illnesses, whose families are unable to afford necessary medical expenses.
