There’s a shop in Troy where you can pick up a prom dress for free.

Hope 7 community center is hosting a free prom gown shop this weekend.

High school students can bring their school ID and pick out whatever they need.

There are thousands of dresses, shoes, and other accessories to pick from, all generously donated by the community.

You can stop by on Friday night from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
