Cannabis use on the rise for women with menopause

More and more women are turning to cannabis to relieve symptoms caused by menopause.

Researchers found 86% of those women use cannabis as a treatment for menopause-related symptoms.

The survey found 84% of those women smoked the drug, while 78% consumed edibles.

Cannabis use was found to be more common among perimenopausal women who had worse menopause symptoms.
