Dietician offers tips when ordering fast food

Fast food is mostly made up of processed ingredients, which can include saturated fats, trans fats and salt.
Those things can be bad for your blood pressure and cholesterol.
If you get fast food, be mindful of what you’re ordering, explained Julia Zumpano, a registered dietician with Cleveland Clinic.
Zumpano also said it’s best to avoid anything that is fried or breaded and instead stick with grilled meats, salads and soups.
