Moderation the key when getting sun exposure
It may not seem like it, but some skin conditions can benefit from the sun.
There is no known cure for skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis.
And, while spending time out in the sun can be good for your skin, it’s also important to make sure you’re not overdoing it.
It’s recommended you are only out there for five to ten minutes at a time.
And while the sun can be beneficial, it shouldn’t replace other forms of treatment like light therapy and prescription medications.
