Many children with Autism tend to have sleep issues, which can impact their health, as well as members of their family.

New research has found a set of interventions that could be helpful.

The results showed using a behavioral approach was beneficial.
One psychologist says it’s not always as simple as telling your child to go to sleep, but parents can introduce changes to help promote sleep.

Researchers say there’s no main cause for why children with autism tend to have sleep issues.
