A new study finds sitting too long at work can increase your risk for heart disease.  

People should be active for at least 15 to 30 minutes a day.  

It doesn’t have to be anything too intense.  

A sports cardiologist for the Cleveland Clinic said you could go on a walk during your lunch break or take some laps around the office. 

If you haven’t exercised in a while, make sure you ease into it.
