Small amount of sun could help some skin conditions

If you have eczema or psoriasis, you’ve probably been told spending time out in the sun can be good for your skin. While that is true, it’s also important to make sure you’re not overdoing it.

It’s recommended you are only out there for five to 10 minutes at a time.
While the sun can be beneficial, it shouldn’t replace other forms of treatment like light therapy and prescription medications.
