There’s been an increased interest in recent years in in adult ADHD, and research shows an increase in cases.

About one in 25 adults has ADHD.

The warning signs for adults can include procrastination, lack of concentration, having problems staying organized and following directions and having trouble finishing your work on time.

Dr. Thor Bergersen with ADHD Boston recommends getting more sleep, exercising in the morning, eating regularly during the day, less caffeine and making sure you get the right medication.
