Bowled in Bethlehem is under new management.

Owners Anthony Fitzgerald and Steven and Meghan Clark celebrated a grand reopening this month with a ribbon cutting.

Anthony and Steve are business professionals from the corporate world and entrepreneurs at heart.
Meghan is skilled in the functional side of the food business. She studied at the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan and worked at Mallozzi’s.

Bowled specializes in healthier eating. The menu includes protein bowls, grain bowls and superfood bowls.

The trio own other Bowled franchises – including the one in Malta.
