A popular Watervliet restaurant is opening a second location in Albany.

The Black Bear Inn’s new restaurant will be in the restaurant space inside Capital OTB’s Clubhouse Racebook on Central Avenue.

The goal is to open in the near future, and the restaurant is hiring for all positions.

The current restaurant in Watervliet has been open for 19 years.

The menu includes Bear Claw Fries, which are seasoned waffle fries smothered in cheese and covered in bacon and served with a side of ranch, chicken wings, burgers, sandwiches, salads and more.
The bar has more than a dozen beers on tap, and some ciders.

Hours for the new location will be announced soon.
