Cobleskill, Albany investment company has new CEO

A local company helping investors in the Capital Region for nearly 50 years has a new CEO.
Anne Putnam has been tapped for the position at Fenimore Asset Management.
The company is based in Cobleskill and has an office in Albany.
It’s an independent, nationally recognized investment manager with more than $4 billion in assets under management.
Putnam earned her bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and her MBA from Case Western Reserve.

She established herself professionally outside the area, before returning to the family business in 2017.
Putnam has played a key role in maintaining and enhancing the strategic vision and investment philosophy established by her father, who continues to serve as executive chairman.
