Coray Kitchen opens in Delmar

The Coray Kitchen opened in Delmar in early December featuring farm-to-table, locally grown food.

Owner Casey Carroll grew up in Delmar. Her husband, who is the executive chef, is from Honduras. The couple and their two children celebrated the opening during a ribbon cutting with the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce.

The décor of the restaurant features artwork done by the couple’s young daughter.

The restaurant is featuring a special fixed price menu for New Year’s including an option for raw oysters, beet salad, braised short ribs, duck confit, surf and turf and dessert.
