A new restaurant in Albany is opening this week.

The Delaware Restaurant and Bar will open for dinner on Friday, Nov. 17.

The restaurant is located on Delaware Avenue in the spot where The Kitchen Table and New World Bistro used to call home. The Delaware will feature small plates, entrees, lighter options like soups and salads, desserts and drinks. Signature items on the menu include a dry-aged steak, prime Beef Wellington, scallops and caviar and a vegetarian meatloaf.

The restaurant will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday this weekend. Going forward, it will be open Wednesday through Sunday.
