The new Lodge at Schroon Lake is now up and running.

Built in 1917 and formerly known as the Brown Swan Club, the vacant property was bought by SpringCity Development Group, a subsidiary of Bonacio Construction.

It’s now been converted into a premier Adirondack destination.

There are 116 guest rooms, including 25 suites in the main lodge.

The facility also includes chalets, cabins and glamping sites.

The resort includes a restaurant and extensive indoor and outdoor amenities like mini-golf, sports courts and a guest waterfront area with swimming, docks, a deck and boats for guest use.

The transformation is also bringing dozens of jobs to the site.
