Taj Fine Indian Cuisine in Glenmont has a new owner and management.

The Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce celebrated the change during a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Owner Vilmala Mohanraj and her family moved from New York City and bought the restaurant four months ago.

The owner had been looking for a restaurant and really liked the neighborhood feel of the Bethlehem community, she said.

Taj specializes in authentic Indian entrées including curry, vegan and vegetarian dishes, gluten-free, and lamb and goat entrées, and of course, a variety of naan bread.

The restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday for dine-in or take-out.
