A farm-to-table restaurant and craft cocktail bar is celebrating its second anniversary.

Mint has become a staple in the Glens Falls community.

The restaurant takes pride in sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients from local farmers, they said, ensuring that every dish served is of the highest quality and supports the local economy.

In addition to its commitment to local farmers, Mint has also created relationships with local artisans. This means beautiful local paintings inside the restaurant and local cheeses on the menu.

To celebrate its two years, Mint held a free champagne toast with the community last week.
