A Saratoga County-based business could help people get started on their New Year’s resolution to eat healthier.

Greenfork offers healthy prepared meals as well a nutrition education.

Founder and chef Stephen Zabala started Greenfork several years ago.

“Greenfork is a healthy, nutritious meal prep service located in Saratoga that we deliver out to anywhere from Albany to Lake George, but we provide complete meals, fully cooked, pre-portioned, pre-packaged,” he said.

Zabala is particularly proud of how the business can help its customers.

“Greenfork helps people that are busy or just don’t have the time or the knowledge of how to cook healthy, to eat healthy, provide good, nutritious meals to folks that are on the go,” he said.
