The Holland’s Home Team is celebrating a new sign and ribbon-cutting in Delmar.

The team is part of Keller Williams Real Estate.

Broker Jennifer Baniak Hollands and her team sold 61 homes, had nearly 1,300 showings and $24 million in sales last year – all from their small house-office on Delaware Avenue.

Bethlehem, Albany County and New York State officials recently gathered to celebrate a ribbon-cutting.

“It’s great that you’ve taken a building that may have been residential and not the most appealing place to live, and turned it into another business on Main Street,” he said.

More than 40% of homes in New York sold above list price in just the month of December.
