Jacobsen Rugs in Saratoga Springs is celebrating its 100^th anniversary this year.

The company held a ribbon cutting at its store on Broadway in Saratoga Springs and will continue the celebration with a sale over the coming weeks.

Frank Asef and Teresa Barnett are proud to be marking this major milestone.

“We are celebrating our 100^th anniversary and I want to thank all the support from people from Saratoga, especially all the interior designers,” Asef said.

The downtown store features a wide variety of products sourced from around the globe. They offer the highest quality oriental rugs, according to Asef. Most of the products are from India or Pakistan and they do not carry anything machine made. The rugs are all made by hand.
