Leather, sheepskin store Overland opens in Saratoga Springs

A new shop has opened in Saratoga Springs selling sheepskin and leather products.

Overland is located on Broadway and offers apparel, accessories and home décor.

The business is celebrating its 50^th anniversary. It was started in 1973 in New Mexico and is currently the brand’s only location on the East Coast.

Manager Kate Mija is excited to welcome customers into the store.

“We get a lot of people who have only seen it online or in the catalog and like I said before, it’s very tactile to be able to see it, feel it, touch, put it on,” she said.
