A local real estate team hopes to triple in size.
The Shannon McCarthy team is joining EXP Realty, an innovative global online brokerage that offers state-of-the-art technology.
McCarthy says her team will get the best of both worlds with this move.
The resources of a brick-and-mortar office from their headquarters in Saratoga Springs and Lake George, along with the innovative, technology resources provided by a cloud brokerage.
McCarthy plans to hire 25 new agents to support the growth of the team, and three full-time staff members. That will bump the roster from 14 to 42.
