Motor Oil Coffee begins brewing in Troy

TROY – Motor Oil Coffee is now brewing in downtown Troy.
NewsChannel 13 first reported in May the craft coffee company would be opening up locations in Albany and the Collar City.
The Troy location is up and running on Broadway in a shared space with 518 Craft.
It features hot and cold coffee, a small selection of fresh baked goods and more.
The company has five blends – from Zero Emission, Daystarter, Cruise Control, High-Octane Premier, and Jetfuel Espresso – sold both in whole bean and ground variations.
Its Albany location opened earlier this year in Albany’s Warehouse District.
Customers at both locations can enroll in Motor Oil Coffee’s loyalty program, which they call “Sparks,” to earn free coffee.
Every 10 Sparks earns a free one-pound bag of coffee.
