A new tavern and bistro opened in Hudson Falls earlier this year.

Falcons Brewhouse Bistro and Tavern is on Main Street.

It’s a great place to start your morning with a coffee or unwind and enjoy a relaxing meal or cocktail. 

For breakfast you can enjoy breakfast sandwiches, quiche or baked goods. If you’re visiting later in the day you’ll find chicken wings, flat breads, chili, quesadillas, and hot pretzels on the menu.

Falcons Brewhouse also has a full bar with draft beers on tap.

The tavern and bistro is open Wednesday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
