New Troy restaurant offers authentic Spanish cuisine

Do you like authentic Spanish cuisine? A new restaurant in downtown Troy is right up your alley.
Sabor Caribeño celebrated its grand opening in June.
The restaurant is owned by Troy City Councilman Steve Figuero, and currently has a limited menu.
You’ll find empanadas, fried and stew chicken, pork chops, rice and plantains.
There are also daily specials – which are often featured on the restaurant’s Facebook page.

The restaurant opens at noon on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
