North Country chocolatier finds sweet way to mark 15th anniversary

Barkeater Chocolates has found a sweet way to mark its 15th anniversary.
The North Country company is celebrating with a series of special events and collaborations.
Anniversary events include a chocolate giveaway with Adirondack Winery, guided chocolate beer and wine flights and more.
Barkeater Chocolates has been serving sweets in North Creek – just north of Lake George – since 2008.
Deb & Jim Morris started Barkeater back when finding artisan chocolates at your local big box retailer or major grocer was unheard of.
What started with as a small operation at local farmers markets turned into a full-time operation in a cafe and eventually their home on Route 28.
