OrangeTheory Fitness has opened a new studio at Wilton Mall.

This is the second Saratoga County location and the third in the Capital Region.

Head coach Jackie Orr said OrangeTheory offers a unique program, with a total one-hour body workout fitness led by a certified personal trainer/coach.

It is heart-based interval training with three zones – labeled as orange, green and red. They’re connected to an exclusive OrangeTheory heart rate monitor that’s lets you know throughout the workout what zones you’re in.
