Peregrine Senior Living at Delmar Place celebrates 20th anniversary

The Peregrine Senior Living at Delmar Place is celebrating its 20th anniversary this December and it recently underwent a major renovation. A ribbon-cutting was held to celebrate the upgrades.

Town Supervisor David Van Luven says he heard from a resident who was originally opposed to the project, but ended up loving it.

And he loved it for two reasons. First, it integrates beautifully into the neighborhood. It’s a smooth and positive part of our neighborhood as a whole, but the second reason is he realized the quality of life that it brought to so many Bethlehem residents by being here.

The facility offers tours almost on a daily basis for anyone who is looking for a place to downsize to, or for a place for an aging parent who needs minimum daily assistance.
