Saratoga County cleaners celebrates 70 years in business

A Saratoga County community staple is celebrating 70 years in business.

Since 1952, family-owned Cudney’s Cleaners has been providing services to the community. 

Cudney’s does more than just laundering and dry cleaning. Other services include alterations, preservations, tailoring and shoe repair.

Over 70 years, the business has grown from just two washers to four retail locations, a pickup and delivery route, and a dedicated processing plant.

They also installed contactless kiosks at each location for customer convenience.

For Joyce Ure and her family, being part of the community and giving back is woven all throughout their business practices.

So, what’s next for Cudney’s? For Joyce, hopefully another 70 years of being part of the community.
